Confidential client information is held in strict and absolute confidence. Information is only disclosed as required by law and when necessary to protect client(s), employee(s) or others against eminent harm.

Includes: all medical, personal, biometric and financial information that can be attributed to a specific individual, including all aspects of individual mentoring sessions or discussions. Responsibility: The Executive Director is responsible for the privacy and security of confidential information. Release: confidential information cannot be released without the client’s signed consent, except in cases of emergency, including the case(s) of client statements of harm to self or others, or when legally required to do so.
